The squad competed at Calvin University for the second and final time this season, with the men and women both coming out with a second place finish over conference rival Olivet. The men received 57 points while the women tallied 56.
On the men’s side, Robert Diebold (26:12) led the way for the bulldogs with a top 5 finish breaking up Calvin’s perfect score attempt, and Brett Carlisle (26:44) broke into the top 10 with a 9th place finish. On both the men’s and women’s sides, Calvin University won the meet and the Bulldogs finished second place, ranking ahead of Olivet College. This showed improvement for the men’s team, as they finished below Olivet in their first meet of the season.
The Bulldogs will be back in action on the track this winter for the indoor season.
